Kraig Herbrectsmeier is an expert in residential and commercial construction. He has 30 years of combined supervision expertise and we value his work ethic and savvy construction experience.
Eduardo G. Ramirez
Eduardo left the Construction Industries Division in 2000 to pursue the project and construction management fields. As the Senior Project Manager for Harris Consultants, LLC, Eduardo managed the pre-construction, bid and construction phases of new and renovation K-12 school projects for Santa Fe Public Schools totaling $44M in construction value. Other project and construction management experience includes the pre-construction phase of the $14M Santa Fe Railyard Park and Plaza project for The Trust for Public Land, and the pre-construction, bid and initial construction phases of the $38M Steve Herrera Judicial Complex project for Santa Fe County.
Eduardo continues to provide contract program, project and construction management services to various residential and commercial developers and property owners from his home base of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
