Jeffery Francois is an accomplished consultant providing expert “beginning to end” project development services and world class client services dedicated to retail, healthcare, hospitality and industrial. He was recognized for saving water in “Water, The National Association of Water Companies” magazine for a project in California with the San Jose Water Utility District.

Kraig Herbrectsmeier is an expert in residential and commercial construction. He has 30 years of combined supervision expertise and we value his work ethic and savvy construction experience.

Ray Ponte has worked as a sub-contractor for the last 30 years; specifically, for a drywall contractor, general contractor and project management company. For the past 10 years he has worked on remodels. In the past he originated from South Florida but now lives in Montana.

Eduardo received his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from UNM in 1989, and joined the Construction Industries Division as an Architectural Technician (plan reviewer) in 1993.  Eduardo received three promotions over the next seven years to become the Assistant to the Director and Commission, and Director of Field Operations.

As a certified building code and inspection official at the time, Eduardo managed statewide construction codes and standards determinations and interpretations to field inspectors, architects, engineers, contractors and the general public.  Eduardo also managed and conducted statewide code training sessions and community meeting programs, and was an adjunct professor of Building Codes at the Santa Fe Community College for three years.

Eduardo left the Construction Industries Division in 2000 to pursue the project and construction management fields.  As the Senior Project Manager for Harris Consultants, LLC, Eduardo managed the pre-construction, bid and construction phases of new and renovation K-12 school projects for Santa Fe Public Schools totaling $44M in construction value.  Other project and construction management experience includes the pre-construction phase of the $14M Santa Fe Railyard Park and Plaza project for The Trust for Public Land, and the pre-construction, bid and initial construction phases of the $38M Steve Herrera Judicial Complex project for Santa Fe County.

Eduardo continues to provide contract program, project and construction management services to various residential and commercial developers and property owners from his home base of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
